More effective than I ever expected it could be. My only complaint was the price. But if it lasts 10 years it will be worth it.
We had hard water stains and my husband cleaned them before we put the unit in the tank….it’s neem almost a month and no more stains…now to get the 2nd one for use in the master bathroom

I live in the country in a house with a well. I have had to consistently clean the hard water stains off my toilet bowl. I put my newly purchased Krazy Klean in and I have not had to scrub for three weeks. Of course I cleaned the bowl really well first, But there is zero scale sticking to the bowl. Flushes perfectly now.
