Our policy lasts 10 years. If 10 years have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, but we can provide you with an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Under the Krazy Klean Guarantee, if you have any problems with Krazy Klean products in the next 15 days, you can return it for a full refund as long as you bring in the receipt.
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return request. Once processed, either new tracking information, a merchandise credit, or refund confirmation will be e-mailed.

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Regular orders can be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original packaging. Please notify us by email at before the return.
Krazy Klean provides the strongest packing to protect the goods from damage. In case of defect or breakage in transit, please email us at to ask for help. Krazy Klean will replace the item at no cost to you.
